I’m John Paul Houghton, Director of JP Houghton Projects Ltd.

I’m an actuary with ten years post-qualification experience of practical problem solving.  I’ve worked for a wide range of life insurance companies, covering all areas of actuarial work with particular expertise in capital projections.

I live in Birmingham with my wonderful partner Mathilde.  I’m also interested in improvised theatre, helping to set up the first ever Birmingham Improv Festival, and enjoy playing board games.
